Eliana's Finding Ad

I have scanned in the picture of the newspaper where Eliana's finding ad was placed. It was run in the "New Legal Report" on October 27, 2006. She must be less than a month old in the photo. These ads are run in the papers before a "found" child can be declared legally abandoned and therefore potentially adoptable. It is so sad to see so many babies... this is one page of one paper in one province of China. Her ad was located at the bottom of the leftmost column.
